AIB Registration Policy

Please note that all presenters and participants must register to attend the meeting. Only AIB members whose dues are paid through July 6, 2013 may attend the meeting, so non-members and those expiring before that date should pay the annual membership fee when they register.

AIB Registration Rates

The rates for the 2013 conference have been determined as follows:

Regular Member Registration:

Before April 15: US$495 ($50 early registration discount)
April 16 - May 15: US$545
May 16 - June 21: US$645 ($100 late registration fee)
On-site: US$745 ($200 on-site registration fee)

Student and Low Income Registration:

Before April 15: US$225 ($25 early registration discount)
April 16 - May 15: US$250
May 16 - June 21: US$350 ($100 late registration fee)
On-site: US$450 ($200 on-site registration fee)

Guest Fees:

Presidential Reception: US$50  (July 3 - Hilton Istanbul)
Gala Event: US$0  (July 5 - 1001 Direk Cistern)

Online Registration


Online registration is now closed for the 2013 AIB Meeting (effective June 21, 2013), as the AIB team prepares for its trip to Istanbul, Turkey. Please do not mail or fax any registrations to the AIB Office as they will not be processed.

On-site Registration will be available during the conference in Istanbul at the registration desk starting July 3rd. Please see the conference program for registration desk hours.
