AIB Registration Policy

Please note that all presenters and participants must register to attend the meeting. Only AIB members whose dues are paid through July 3, 2012 may attend the meeting, so non-members and those expiring before that date should pay the annual membership fee when they register.

AIB Registration Rates

The rates for the conference have been determined as follows:

Regular Member Registration:
Before April 15: $375
April 15 - May 25: $425
After May 25: $525
Student and Low Income Registration:
Before May 25: $200
After May 25: $300

Online Registration


Online registration is now closed for the 2012 AIB Meeting (effective June 21, 2012), as the AIB team prepares for its trip to Washington DC. Please do not mail or fax any registrations to the AIB Office as they will not be processed.

Walk-in Registration will be available during the conference in Washington DC at the registration desk starting June 30th. Please see the conference program for registration desk hours.
