AIB Registration Policy

Please note that all presenters and participants must register to attend the meeting. Only AIB members whose dues are paid through July 3, 2008 may attend the meeting, so non-members and those expiring before that date should pay the annual membership fee when they register. The early registration deadline is April 15, 2008, and the regular registration deadline is May 31, 2008. Registrations will continue to be accepted on this website until June 15, however there will be a late registration fee of $100 added to all registrations. We will not be able to accept registrations between June 15 and June 30, as the AIB staff travels to Milan, Italy. We will have a registration desk open at the conference site for walk-in registrations.

AIB Registration Rates

The rates for the conference have been determined as follows:

Regular Member Registration:
         Before April 15: $350
      April 16 - May 31: $400
             After May 31: $500

Student and Low Income Registration:
      Before May 31: $175
         After May 31: $275

Guest Fees:
      Presidential Reception (June 30): $25
                          Gala Event (July 2): $100

Online Registration

Online registration is now closed for the 2008 AIB Meeting (effective June 16, 2008), as the AIB team prepares for its trip to Milan. Please do not mail or fax any registrations to the AIB Office as they will not be processed.

Walk-in Registration will be available during the conference in Milan at the registration desk. Please see the conference program for registration desk hours.
