AIB 2006 Annual Meeting
June 23 - 26, 2006
The exhibit setup will take place on Friday, June 23, 2006 between 1:30pm and 4:30pm.
The exhibit teardown will take place on Monday, June 26, 2006 between 4:00pm-7:00pm.
Each exhibitor will have to order an exhibit booth by filling out our promotional services order form which also includes the rates for booking an exhibition booth (page 2). Please note that the US$750 fee includes the following:
A 3 meter (w) x 2 meter (d) booth with 2.45 meter high back and side walls, including:
One 1.4 meters (w) x 0.6 meters (d) x 0.75 meters (h) draped table
The name of your company written at the top of the booth
Exhibitor Pass for one (1) representative from your company
Please note that an Exhibitor Pass is required for access to the facilities. Any additional representatives should be specified in the form to make sure they are admitted to the building. Please note that there is a charge for additional representatives. Also, please note that the order form includes additional options for unmanned stands. It is also possible to reserve a double-booth (twice the width), by paying the equivalent fee of two exhibit booths.
Once a completed exhibit order form is received, you will receive access to our Exhibitor's Handbook which includes additional information including shipping addresses and instructions as well as order forms for booth upgrades.
In addition to exhibiting, there are also opportunities for promotional inserts and conference program advertising to spotlight your company's image to our members. The meeting is an exceptional place to reach over 800 anticipated attendees who are cutting edge researchers in their respective fields. Please contact us as soon as possible if you intend to advertise in the conference program, so that we can reserve space for you in the program. The deadline for the ad copy is May 10, 2006. Please see the promotional services order form for ad specs and format.
