Quebec City Map All three conference hotels are located within walking distance to the conference venue, the old city, and many of Québec City's dining, entertainment, and cultural options (large map: HTML (178kb) - PDF (708kb)).

To qualify for the discounted rates for our conference, you must identify yourself as a member of the Academy of International Business (AIB) Annual Meeting when you contact one of the following hotels to reserve your room. You must reserve your room by May 1, 2005 or space availability/discounted rates are not guaranteed. Prices listed here are net, in Canadian Dollars. Each hotel will also add a Federal Good and Service Tax (7%), a Provincial Sales Tax (7.5%) and a city tax (CAD$2) to these net rates. The GST is typically refundable for non-residents through a simple refund form. Cancellation fees may be due in the event that rooms are cancelled after the reservation has been made, so please make sure to verify with the individual hotels what their cancellation policies are.

Laval University Dorm Rooms

Less than a 15-minute bus ride from Old Québec (about 6 km).

Each room has a single bed, a wash basin, a chest of drawers, a wardrobe, a work table and an armchair. There is also a telephone and local calls are free of charge. Sheets, towels and handsoap are provided, and the residence staff ensures the room’s daily upkeep. Several shared washrooms and showers are available on each floor and bathrooms are accessible in every residence. Room rental includes breakfast, which is served in the campus central cafeteria.
