VENUE INFORMATION
The 2004 AIB meeting will be held at the Stockholm City Conference Center, Norra Latin.
The Norra Latin was built as a grammar school in 1880. In 1989, the building was renovated to convert the classrooms into meeting rooms. Today it serves as part of Scandinavia's largest conference center. It provides quite a unique environment for this year's conference. In addition, Norra Latin also has a Web Corner that provides free Internet access to conference participants.
LODGING INFORMATION
To qualify for the highly discounted rates for our conference, all reservations must be made through the Stockholm Convention Bureau by May 10, 2004. Please do NOT call the hotels directly, as they will not have these special rates available.

Booking Procedures and Policies
Since only a limited number of rooms have been reserved StoCon will operate on a "first come first served basis". In the event of being fully booked, StoCon reserves the right to book another available alternative.
You will receive a written confirmation of your room reservation by email. In order to confirm your room reservation, a credit card is required as a guarantee. All payments are to be made by you directly to the hotel upon arrival. If you do not have a credit card please contact StoCon for information.

Cancellations
For cancellations made before May 10th, an administration fee of SEK 300 will be charged to the credit card mentioned in the hotel reservation form. For cancellations made after the above mentioned date a cancellation fee of the first two nights will be charged to your credit card.
CONFERENCE HOTELS AND RATES
All three conference hotels are located in Stockholm Central Business District within walking distance to the conference venue, railway station, culture, shopping, nightlife, sights and public transportation (large map).
All rates are inclusive of VAT and service charges. All rooms include free breakfast buffet, free broadband Internet connection, a private bath/shower/WC, telephone, radio, cable-TV, minibar, safe, coffee-maker, and air-conditioning.
Please Note: To qualify for the discounted AIB rates for our conference, all reservations must be made through the Stockholm Convention Bureau by May 10, 2004. Please see the LODGING INFORMATION section above for reservation forms. Any reservations made directly with the hotels will NOT qualify for the special rates.
Nordic Sea Hotel (4-star)
Located within 5 minutes walking distance to the conference venue and right across from the train station (Arlanda Express).
The newly built hotel with its 367 rooms is inspired by Sea and Design - elements strongly associated with the Nordic countries. The hotel offers a full service bar, an Icebar, 24h room service, a business center, massage, express laundry, mini gym and sauna (website).

Located within 5 minutes walking distance to the conference venue, across from the Nordic Sea Hotel, and right by the Arlanda Express station.
This newly built hotel is a member of Design Hotels and is inspired by the Nordic lights. The hotel offers a bar/restaurant, American Wine Cellar, 24h room service, massage, express laundry, mini gym and sauna (website).

Located next to the conference venue. 5 minutes walking distance from the Arlanda Express station
The hotel is part of Stockholm City Conference Center/Folkets Hus. It has 160 well equipped hotel rooms, all with safety box for valuables, ironing board with iron. The restaurant, Wallins Bar & Matsal, offers business lunches and á la Carte (website).
