The George Mason University School of Management is accepting

applications for a scholar in the area of Organizational Behavior/Human

Resource Management to join us in Fall 2010. We prefer candidates with

two years or more of full-time faculty experience at the time of

application. Appointment may be at any level, with tenure being possible

for associate and full professors. Salary will be commensurate with

experience and rank.

not be considered) in a business or related discipline, (2) a track

record of publishing significant research in top-tier OB/HR journals,

and (3) the immediate ability to teach effectively at all levels.

The management area has 13 tenured and tenure-track faculty in the areas

of Organizational Behavior, Human Resource Management, Strategic

Management, and Business Law. We offer a vibrant, ambitious and

operates its own Human Subjects Research Pool to support laboratory

research.
